360 joins Lollapalooza 2013 line-up

360 live at Pyramid Rock Festival

360 has just been announced to join Lollapalooza 2013 line-up.

The profile Australian rapper who polarizes audiences with his outspoken voice on social media, announces the news on the back of a string of recent North American performances including South-By-South-West and Canadian Music Week. With the ever-present debate on whether Australian hip hop can crack the US market, this is a surely a massive thumbs up and a step in the right direction from this internationally-renown festival.

Conceived in 1991 by Jane’s Addiction singer Perry Farrell, Lollapalooza was created as a farewell tour for his band and has now grown to boast festival dates in Chicago, Brazil and Chile.

360 joins the likes of The Cure, The Killers, Mumford & Sons, Queens of the Stone Age, Grizzly Bear, Crystal Castles, Lana Del Rey and so many more in Chicago on August 2-4.

Whether you like him or hate, Matt Colwell (AKA 360) is an amazing live performer and it appears he’s destined for even bigger things to come!
